Since 1983, Apple Roofing Corp. has been building a reputation as one of the most reliable, quality oriented roofing businesses in the Northeast. We pride ourselves in meeting the demands of building owners and general contractors on projects that vary in size from under 1,000 square feet to almost 1,000,000 square feet. We have the capacity to provide the required insurance certificates, as well as payment and performance bonds. All of our field personnel have completed their 10 hour OSHA safety certification classes, and we are equipped to handle hazardous material abatement as it relates to re-roofing activities.

Apple Roofing Corp., has an unwavering commitment to operating as one of the safest contractors in the commercial construction field—and always have and will make the time and resource investment to remain as such. All new employees, whether experienced in roofing or not, undergo an initial safety training prior to stepping foot on any of our job sites. Our entire organization completes annual safety training as well. Apple has a full time dedicated safety manager that reports directly to ownership and senior management. This individual is tasked with employee training, working with project managers to develop and implement site specific safety plans for all of our projects, for inspecting and maintaining safety equipment, and for regular unannounced job site inspections to ensure compliance with all the safety requirements of the project (OSHA, General Contractor Safety Programs, site specific safety programs, etc.). A recent 3rd party risk assessment conducted by M&T Insurance noted “the risk is considered exceptional as compared to their peers.” The assessment report went on to say that Apple Roofing has “very strong safety programs and training in place” and that the “ownership is 100% committed to employee safety as demonstrated by hiring a safety director.” Apple’s reputation as being one of the safest roofing contractors in the industry is second to none! During the years, we have worked on over seven hundred projects, including industrial, commercial, municipal, state, federal, private, and over 150 school projects. Carlisle Hall of Fame 500

Apple Roofing achieved Carlisle Hall of Fame status having completed more than 500 perfect 10 insallations. After a Carlisle Membrane Roofing System installation is completed, a Carlisle field service representative will rate the installation based upon workmanship and adherence to Carlisle specifications. A perfect 10 installation has obtained the highest possible rating, meaning it is virtually flawless.
Carlisle Perfection Award/Perfection Council

The perfection award recognizes the roofers whose exceptional quality results in a warranty claim performance that ranks in the top 5% of all us and Canadian applicators. Of those applicators, a small number of perfection award winners will be selected to the perfection council each year. These applicators will serve as an advisory board throughout the year to determine how Carlisle can best support its contractor network and enhance its reputation for the highest quality roofing systems.

Carlisle ESP Contractor

Established in 1998, Excellence in Single Ply (ESP) was created to identify and reward an elite group of contractors who consistently exceed Carlisle’s standards. Awarded annually, only the most accomplished applicators achieve ESO status, a designation that provides customers with confidence that they have partnered with the very best in the industry. Sales volume, product mix, high-performance assemblies, and quality of workmanship are the data points analyzed to determine esp qualification.
Firestone Inner Circle Of Quality

A prestigeous honor in the industry, the Inner Circle of Quality is given to a small, select number of master contractors that install a minimum of (4) warranted Firestone Roofs in each of the past 5 years, maintain at least 2 million square feet of Firestone Roofs under warranty, and show exceptional performance based on warranty repair inciddences per million square feet under warranty.
Firestone Master Contractor

Since its inception, the Firestone Master Contractor program has recognized outstanding contractors who have been responsible for the installation of billions of square feet of warranted firestone roofing systems. high-quality workmanship and a commitment to long term roofing system performance are the attributes of a firestone master contractor. This highly regarded group comprises the top 250 Firestone Contractors based on quality of their work, number of jobs, product mix, and volume of warranted square feet.
Firestone SA Pro

This designation is given to the 30 Firestone contractors who installed the most square footage of Firestone Self-Adhered (SA) Systems. Firestone SA products include Fullforce EPDM and TPO SA. These membranes are easier and faster to install than traditional adhered systems, enabling contractors to get on and off the roof faster and in cold temperatures.
